NadPharm respects the privacy of its B2B partners and processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. EU 2016/679).

1. Data we collect

To process orders and enquiries we collect: company name, VAT number, contact name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number. Payment data are processed directly by the secure payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

2. How we use your data

Data are used exclusively to: process and deliver orders, issue invoices, respond to enquiries, provide requested documentation (COA, technical data sheets) and comply with legal and fiscal obligations. We do not sell, rent or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data sharing

Data are shared only with the parties strictly necessary to fulfil the service: couriers for delivery, payment providers for transactions, and public authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention

Order and invoicing data are retained for the period required by Italian fiscal law. Enquiry data are retained only as long as necessary to handle the request.
