Welcome to nadpharm.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from NadPharm. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Business-to-business supply

NadPharm supplies raw materials and ingredients intended for professional use by companies, laboratories, formulators and manufacturers in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and veterinary sectors. Products are not sold as finished consumer goods and are not intended for direct personal consumption.

2. Products and specifications

Product descriptions, titres and specifications are provided for professional evaluation. Certificates of Analysis (COA), technical data sheets and safety documentation are available on request. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of each ingredient for the intended application and to comply with the regulations applicable in the country of use.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are shown in Euro (€), exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout according to the delivery country: Italian VAT for deliveries in Italy, reverse charge for valid EU VAT-registered businesses, and no VAT for exports outside the EU. An order is accepted when confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, unavailability, or regulatory restrictions.

4. Payment

Payment can be made through the secure payment methods available at checkout. Goods remain the property of NadPharm until payment has been received in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Italy with tracked couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. Bulk formats (25 kg) and special destinations are quoted individually.

6. Returns and claims

Please refer to our Returns & Claims Policy. Claims regarding quality must be supported by the lot number and, where applicable, analytical evidence.

7. Liability

NadPharm’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use, storage or processing of the products after delivery.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, layout, graphics) is the property of NadPharm and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
